Well, today Dan, Ed, and myself had quite a Happy Hour in Target and the Mall. In the course of about an hour, we had the opportunity to pray for about fifteen people for healing and tell them how much Jesus is in love with them.
What amazed me the most is how much Jesus’ heart is moved with compassion for those who are hurting. A number of times while praying we found ourselves trembling and on the verge of tears as the Lord expressed His heart through us. He is in love with a lost and dying world.
It was pretty amazing when a fella with a broken foot, who was reportedly having, “the worst day so far,” with pain got up out of the wheelchair he was in and stood on one and only one foot, which just so happened to be the broken painful one! Of course, he had no pain, and felt strength in his leg. We’ll wait and see how it turns out before we declare a full healing! The fella that we prayed for is a wild man for Jesus and we were hugely blessed by his TREMENDOUS faith!
After a few encounters in Target, we headed for the mall where God touched the bodies of about five different people, who each experienced healing at some degree. Another number received prophetic revelation of God’s love individually for them, as He called them by nicknames no one could have known. It was glorious to be a part of it all.
I realized that today we encountered more faith in the mall and Target, than I am used to seeing in church! AMAZING! YAY GOD! The city is hungry!
I realized that God isn’t trying to build nice little churches to minister to cities, He is REVIVING CITIES TO WAKE UP HIS CHURCHES!!!
Bless you, Lord Jesus for being our beautiful healer, and for your compassionate heart that still is seeking and saving that which is lost.
